Our Story

Why Us?

Quality and Transparency at a Fair Price

Smoky Grass Station provides the cleanest, most reliable cannabinoids to enhance your well-being and lifestyle. We achieve this quality through state-of-the-art extraction processes that preserve the holistic anatomy of the Hemp-CBD plant. Preserved are micro amounts of various legal cannabinoids and terpenes that significantly improve the synergetic effectiveness of our cannabinoids. Once this base material is formulated into our bottled product we send random samples from each batch for a second and final 3rd-Party Lab Test to ensure proper potency and cannabinoid profile before it ever leaves our Tennessee facility. We are dedicated to product transparency in both testing and labeling true cannabinoid content.

What are we doing differently?

Batch Testing

At Smoky Grass Station, our parent company is awaiting the opportunity for FDA approval. In the meantime, we are taking it upon ourselves to provide Certificates of Analysis showing our exact cannabinoid content and extensive testing for pesticides, molds, & fungicides on each and every batch of product. We start by hand selecting the highest quality materials based on cannabinoid profile, terpenes, & potency. Next, we confirm the results of the materials through a verifiable 3rd-party lab. After receiving a COA, we precisely formulate the base materials to the desired potency per product. Finally, we take random samples from each batch to send off for an additional, final lab test to ensure proper potency and cannabinoid profile from source to bottle. In this period of uncertainty and gray area, we want Smoky Grass Station to carry the most straight-forward, honest product on the market. We cannot claim therapeutic, medical, or treatment benefits, but we can deliver the cleanest product. Ask your friends or doctor if they've tried cannabinoids to learn more about what cannabinoids can do for you.

What is cannabinoid's legal status?

Legal since December 20, 2018

The 2018 Farm Bill Act legalizes and defines industrial hemp with a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, the psychoactive component of the Cannabis Sativa plant) concentration of no more than 0.3% which removed it from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. Right now, the only FDA approved cannabinoid product is GW Pharma's drug Epidiolex. Cannabinoid products like tinctures, topicals, and edibles are not yet FDA approved which means that the FDA and other regulatory agencies do not test the potency of these products. Never trust a product without a third-party COA (Certificate of Analysis).
