OFFICIAL "Big Game Giveaway" PROMOTION RULES
  1. No Purchase Necessary:
    Purchasing an ounce (28g) of any exotic quality flower will automatically enter into the promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this promotion. A purchase will not improve your chances of receiving the promotional prize.
  2. Promotion Period:
    The promotion begins on Friday, February 7 2025, at 12:01 AM EST] and ends on, February 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST].
  3. Eligibility:
    Open only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who visit any location of The Smoky Grass Station on 2/7/2025 or utilize the alternative method(s) of entry. The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  4. How to Enter:
    • Purchase Method: Make a qualifying purchase from The Smoky Grass Station during the promotion period to be automatically eligible.
    • No Purchase Method: Leave an online review of The Smoky Grass Station, by leaving a Google Review, Following the location on Leafly.com and leaving a review on the Leafly.com page as well
  5. Limitations on Entries:
    Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
  6. Odds of Winning:
    The odds of winning are 50%, contingent upon Philadelphia defeating Kansas City on 2/9/2025. 
  7. Prize Description and Value:
    One (1) prize will be awarded per entrant. The prize holds a nominal value of $1.
  8. Winner Selection and Notification:
    • The Winner will be determined based on the outcome of the Eagles winning the designated game
    • The winner will be responsible for returning to the store location where they made a qualifying purchase or left reviews on Friday 2/14/25 to claim their prize.
    • If, for any reason, the promotional prize is unavailable on Friday 2/14/25, winners will receive further instructions on receiving their prize upon visiting the store location where they made a qualifying purchase or left reviews on Friday 2/7/2025.
  9. Prize Restrictions:
    The prize is non-transferable. Only the person who made the purchase or left the online reviews is eligible to claim the prize. Verification of identity may be required to receive the prize.
  10. Void Jurisdictions:
    The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
